Ginderella punch (10 portions)

50 cl. Ginderella
30 cl. lemon juice
25 cl. nettle syrup: infuse warm (just below boiling-point) syrup (1:1) with dried nettle or nettle leaf tea bags
10 cl. juice of cucumber Garnish: slices of cucumber and young shoots of nettle
Summertime means barbecue time with friends. Set the mood with a delicious aperitif like a good old fashioned punch. Mix all the ingredients above with big ice cubes in a large bowl and surprise your friends a glass of fresh flavours. If you can't find dried nettle or nettle leaf tea, green tea is an excellent alternative.
