Tom Collins
Ground control to major Tom
Ingredients
2 parts gin
1 part lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
3 parts soda
1 slice of lemon
Method
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar and Ginderella to a clean high glass and stir. Add a lot of ice and stir again. Top it off with soda water and stir for a last time. Garnish with the lemon and then serve.
