Ginderella mixes extremely well with Monaco Tonic. Pre-cool your glass by filling it with ice, swirling the ice around the inside of the glass and pouring the melted water away before you add the ingredients. Use plenty of ice to slow down the melting process. Ratio: 1 part Ginderella to 2 parts Monaco Tonic. Serve with flat-leaf parsley and a slice of lemon. Use a cocktail spoon to keep the tonic sparkling.
